The study has achieved favorable rulings for our clients and have created interpretative criteria for the resolution of similar cases in Peruvian justice, and in addition, these achievements have become contributing factors for the Peruvian state in its need to cover non-regulated affairs.
Some Examples Are:
- We are the first firm receiving tutelage from the constitutional courts by suspending existing health registrations in order to protect health rights.
